I started my career in Health and Fitness in 2008. After winning the Australian Institute of Fitness’ class Champion award I worked with two of the biggest Gym’s in Adelaide. Training hundreds of clients, both indoor and outdoor I’ve developed a great understanding on what works for each individual. I am proficient in the motivation eliciting techniques of Neuro-Linguistic programming, Time-Line Therapy and self-hypnosis – which has given all of my clients the BEST resources to succeed with their goals.

I also travelled to Canada to further my knowledge in early 2012, developing my skills in power-lifting, body sculpting and overall nutrition.

I run a fun, but strict, personal training system that focusses on RESULTS. 100% of my focus goes into my client with personalized attention that delivers success.

Tessa Cockington

Tessa is a highly energetic and passionate trainer who is also a nationally recognised cheerleader with a love for fitness.

Specialising in one on one personal training, group fitness and performance stretching. Tessa has had success in helping her clients achieve weight loss, increased strength and muscle mass, and a new found love for fitness that many people never thought they would have.

Nick Cleves’ personal training program has been most instrumental in seeing me achieve my personal fitness and weight loss goals. The success of his program revolves around a holistic approach to exercise; one that balances his clients’ personal interests with his own expertise and knowledge in all areas of fitness, exercise and nutrition. Nick’s training sessions are always varied and interesting and he tailors his programs to match individuals’ key sources of motivation. The rapport he has built with me has allowed me to challenge my whole approach to exercise, taking me out of my comfort zone and pushing me beyond previous mindsets about how to achieve my goals. In the first twelve weeks of working with Nick I was able to reduce my weight from 62kg down to 51kg (which was my weight before having my third child). The goals we are now working on revolve around strength building and muscle definition.
